I remember my grandma (born in 1901) talk about catching and pressure canning carp then making fish cakes. I had some crappie, skipped the pressure canning and made fish cakes along with some homemade tartar sauce. Monte says they’re really good. Has anyone else ever made fish cakes using fresh water fish?

This is why our turkey, quail and rabbit populations can’t fully recover. They take down fawns and baby calves. I counted a total of nine. We need to have a good old fashioned coyote drive.
