We wrapped up an incredible season with our end-of-year wrestling awards ceremony at Main Event, where the team chose to celebrate together and enjoy one last time of memories, laughter, and fun.

This season was filled with hard work, growth, dedication, and unforgettable moments both on and off the mat. We were especially proud to celebrate our seniors and everything they brought to this program. They will truly be missed.

Thank you to our wrestlers, parents, coaches, and supporters for making the 2025–2026 season such a special one. We’re going to miss this team and all the memories we created together. Here’s to an amazing season and many more to come!

That’s a wrap for the Stinger wrestling season! It was a successful day on the mat! Our athletes went head-to-head with some of the toughest wrestlers in the Valley, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way they competed, battled, and represented our program. Not only did these two individuals make E-E history by becoming the first wrestlers at Edcouch-Elsa to reach 100 career wins, but yesterday they also graduated from STC with their Associate’s Degrees.

To say these two are hardworking students is an understatement. Time and time again, they have surpassed every goal they set for themselves, both on the mat and in the classroom. Their dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence truly set them apart.

We could not be more proud of the way they represent the E-E Wrestling Team, our school, and our community. The future is bright for these two outstanding student-athletes. Congratulations to Isaac Guerrero and Adrian Salinas, on all your accomplishments! This is only the beginning!

Last practice of the Carlos F Truan Middle School Wrestling season! 🤼‍♂️🖤💛

We want to give a huge thank you to our high school wrestlers, especially our seniors, for stepping in to help guide these young athletes throughout the season. Your leadership, encouragement, and willingness to share your knowledge have made a lasting impact. The experience and lessons passed down from one generation of wrestlers to the next are truly special, and our program is stronger because of it.

To our seniors, thank you for setting the example and leaving behind something these younger wrestlers can look up to and build on for years to come.

Now it’s time for these Stingers to hit the mat one more time this season! Come out and support the Stinger Wrestling Team as they compete against middle schools from across the Valley.
