nly a short briefing you and your Instructor will take to the skies. You will climb in the aircraft to 13,000 feet and freefall for almost 1 minute. You will have the sensation of being on your own. After you open the parachute, the instructor offers guidance as you fly the parachute together. A tandem jump is a great way to experience the thrill of skydiving while under close supervision of an experienced Instructor. Learn about how to start your adventure and how to become a licensed skydiver or continue and finish your training and earn the license you are working on-Select in the menu above your destination, either 1st time student and learn how to make your dream come true, or our returning Student Program. Skydive Arizona students tend to do well on their student jumps for several reasons. One is due to the fact that our aircraft allow us to exit at higher altitudes than most skydiving centers, giving you more time in freefall. You can expect your freefall to be a minute or more. This combined with our highly experienced staff will help you make the most or your skydives.

Izzy’s Wing carries on Izzy Bucsko’s legacy by making quality canopy coaching accessible, regardless of DZ size, and standing by jumpers in tough times through their memorial fund. They fund instructor travel, lodging, and provide support to skydivers in need. At Flight-1, we are so proud to join them in amplifying their mission to lift canopy safety across the country.
