This year’s theme, “ Build Together, Play Together, " reminds us of the contributions of more than 160,000 full-time park and recreation professionals — along with hundreds of thousands of part-time and seasonal workers and volunteers — who maintain our country’s close-to-home parks.

Here in the Town of Elon we like to say THANK YOU to all the park visitors, program participants & rental patrons that make our jobs worth every moment. Our Director, Kim Brown has been a huge part of bringing the park together through beautification projects & programs he leads the department in ways to better the community. We look forward to continuing to serve you all & hope you get to enjoy a day in one of our beautiful parks this summer.
