The Knollwood Fabric
There is a subtle something about the Knollwood Country Club, quite apart from its physical equipment, beautiful attractions, splendid location, wonderful golf course and all of those outward evidences of something fine and enduring. A something which means more, a something felt but not seen, a golden thread running through and binding together all those finer qualities which
are in the hearts of real men and women, woven into a spiritual fabric. Each thread of which has been laid in from time to time by those who have the abundance and the will to give and who possess that finer intelligence which knows that only those who give can receive. Thousands have come into being since Knollwood began. Some have come and gone, many are larger in membership and many have a greater abundance of material wealth, yet it may be doubted whether any are in sounder material position, for Knollwood stands upon a solid financial foundation, built up and strengthened by that rare spirit of loyalty to the finer qualities which make all cooperative associations everlastingly successful. It is this finer something which has held together that golden fabric by the type of men who would not have remained in its membership had it not existed.
