Here at Game On 13 we will introduce you to the most phenomenal instructors in the tri-state area. We have current minor leaguers, ex professionals, as well as many current college coaches and players on staff. We also are welcoming ML strength and their staff, including ML Strength owner and former New York Yankees strength and conditioning coach Dana Cavalea. We will have year round strength and conditioning for teams, small groups, and individuals.

NEW: Pitching Performance Program ⚾️ (ONLY 20 SPOTS AVAILABLE))
13 YEARS OLD & UP - This program is designed for pitchers looking to increase velocity, improve mechanics and become better competitors on the mound. Our athletes will work with former MILB pitcher and Yonkers native AJ Fagan as well as in house Head Strength Coordinator Dimitrios Magdalinos. Our athletes will receive individualized throwing and lifting programs designed using metrics from their Proteus Motion evaluation and pitching evaluation. Athletes will then enter a 4 month period of lifting 3x a week & group pitching lessons 2x a week on Tuesday & Thursdays.**THIS IS A 4 MONTH PROGRAM, YOU MUST COMMIT TO ALL 4 MONTHS.**

Sign up now! Injury Mitigation Screening & Training 💪🏽🥎⚾️
Frankie-Ann McCauley completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Ithaca College where she competed as a catcher for five years on their softball team. Frankie is passionate about combining her expertise of baseball and softball with her knowledge of the body to optimize performance. While completing her DPT, she was able to work with sports physical therapists at Virginia Commonwealth University and athletic trainers at Ithaca College. Most recently, Frankie has had the opportunity to work alongside the physical therapy consultant for the Mets. Through these experiences, she has been able to create a researched-based injury mitigation program designed to optimize the performance of the overhead athlete.
