Elmira's community bike shop is open to all and free to use (donations encouraged!) Learn to fix your own bike and attend our community bike rides and educational events.

Elmira Community Cycle’s next Moon Ride is coming up on Friday, August 28th at 9 pm. Don’t miss our last ride of the summer! We usually ride about ten to twelve miles, at a casual pace, and take at least one break. Bring lights for your bike, and a helmet. We will also be running a bike valet at Alive After Five at Rye earlier in the evening. See you there!

Callum and Kristie won a bike from the Big Flats CCLD Summer Reading program this week! Callum picked out his new 20 inch bike and will be hitting the streets after fine tuning it with our volunteer mechanics. Ride safe Callum! Always wear a helmet! Also, remember we have free helmets for anyone that wants to protect their noodle. Stop by Tuesdays and Thursdays 530pm-830pm all year and Saturday mornings 9am-12pm until the end of September.

Our next moon ride is tonight, Friday, July 31! Come out and enjoy a summer night’s adventure with us. We ride about 10 miles, with a break in the middle, at a slow pace. Bring your bike, lights, a helmet, and a friend, and we will see you in front of the shop at 9 pm!
