Raise your hand if training back is your favorite ππ»ββοΈ
Most people push. Not enough people pull.
Pressing movements β bench, overhead, push ups β get all the attention. But pulling exercises like rows are arguably more important, especially now as we spend our days sitting, hunching, and working on screens.
Pulling exercises strengthen your upper back, rear delts, and biceps.
They improve posture.
They protect your shoulders.
They counterbalance all the pushing your body does in daily life.
A strong back is the foundation of a strong body. We want to make sure you don't under train it π€π»
If you have no idea where to start or what to program, stop in. Give us 50 minutes 3 days a week and we have you covered πͺπ»
