NEW CLASS AT AHIMSA EVANSTON ✨

Come slow down with us, Wednesday evenings for Slow Flow + Deep Stretch with one of our newest teachers Grace James.

Grace completed her Yoga Teacher training through Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago. Passionate about health and wellness, she believes yoga creates space to build strength, find balance, and reconnect with yourself. Her classes aim to foster growth, community, reflection, and peace while encouraging students to meet themselves wherever they are in their practice.

A slower flow, longer stretches, and time to settle in. A little movement, a little stillness.
