Hello Thursday we meet again 🥵 And hello new .
Stairmaster and conditioning day coming at you! Hopefully this will give you some great energy to start the day. Here in Chicago we have not seen the sun ☀️ in 10 days so my workouts, pre-workout, and vitamin D are my sources of energy! Letsssssssssss goooooooooooo!!
1️⃣ Stairmaster 30 minutes. Warm up for 3 minutes, go hard for 12 minutes, go easy for 2 minutes , go hard for 7 minutes, go easy for 1 minute, and hard for the last 5 minutes! (Easy level 6, hard level 11-14)
HIIT stations. 6 exercises. Preform each exercise for 40 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Complete 3 rounds at each station.
2️⃣ Battle rope slams with reverse lunges
3️⃣ Ball Slams
4️⃣ BOSU froggers
5️⃣ 2 jump squats then 2 jacks
6️⃣ Big jump then 4 jacks back
7️⃣ Lateral Hops .
