No matter where you are in your fitness journey know that you can do this! Find your fire and what drives you! .
If you get tired learn to rest, not quit. Don’t try to do everything at once. Don’t force yourself to go to the gym and beat yourself up about it! Learn to want to go to the gym and love it, your mindset will shift in another direction! Become the hardest working person you know! Work on you for you. Lift some damn weights and be the badass person you were meant to be! If you want it... really want it, nothing and I mean nothing will get in your way. Yes you will hit some bumps in the road and let some tears fall but damn get back up and fight for you, fight for that person you want to be! Nope it’s not easy but HELL YES IT’S SO WORTH IT! .

Hello Thursday we meet again 🥵 And hello new .
Stairmaster and conditioning day coming at you! Hopefully this will give you some great energy to start the day. Here in Chicago we have not seen the sun ☀️ in 10 days so my workouts, pre-workout, and vitamin D are my sources of energy! Letsssssssssss goooooooooooo!!
1️⃣ Stairmaster 30 minutes. Warm up for 3 minutes, go hard for 12 minutes, go easy for 2 minutes , go hard for 7 minutes, go easy for 1 minute, and hard for the last 5 minutes! (Easy level 6, hard level 11-14)
HIIT stations. 6 exercises. Preform each exercise for 40 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Complete 3 rounds at each station.
2️⃣ Battle rope slams with reverse lunges
3️⃣ Ball Slams
4️⃣ BOSU froggers
5️⃣ 2 jump squats then 2 jacks
6️⃣ Big jump then 4 jacks back
7️⃣ Lateral Hops .

Creamy Butternut Squash Dip 🤍
Going to a party or just a party for 1? This dip will wow you and be the star of your party! ⭐️
This butternut squash dip is so easy to make and well it tastes amazing. Use maple syrup in place of the honey to make vegan. Also tastes good warm or cold. Girls of the try this recipe out! Let’s cook 👩🏼‍🍳 .
1️⃣ 2 cups butternut squash (I buy the already cut and ready to go kind from Trader Joe’s)
2️⃣ 2 8 ounce containers of vegan or almond milk cream cheese
3️⃣ 4 TBL of raw honey
4️⃣ 3 tsp of thyme
5️⃣ 3 tsp of rosemary
6️⃣ 1 cup pomegranate seeds
7️⃣ salt and pepper to taste ➡️➡️➡️ Microwave the squash for the recommended time. Place all the ingredients besides the pomegranate seeds in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Transfer to a bowl and mix/top the dip with the pomegranate seeds! Boom your done! Serve with gluten free/regular crackers or cucumbers! .

My meal preps for the week are always easy and packed with protein and fresh ingredients! I think everyone needs to add this chicken salad to their menu. It’s easy and guess what it’s completely dairy, gluten free, and tastes bomb! All my ladies this one fits right in with our plan!! HELL TO THE YES! .
This recipe can be used with rotisserie chicken but I just went ahead and made a crockpot full of chicken, shredded it, and used it for this meal the next day! Eat by itself or I love to enjoy it on some gluten free toast! 😋
Ingredients
1️⃣2 TBL of ghee
2️⃣ 4 cups of shredded chicken
3️⃣1 red pepper diced
4️⃣1 yellow pepper diced
5️⃣1 green pepper diced
6️⃣1 yellow onion diced
7️⃣3 8 ounce cans of mild green chilies
8️⃣salt and pepper
9️⃣1 pack of fajita seasoning (I love Trader Joe’s)
🔟1 cup avocado mayo
1️⃣1️⃣Lime juice from one lime
Let’s cook 👩🏼‍🍳 1️⃣Place ghee in large sauté pan. Once hot add the peppers and onion and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the cans of green chilies, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
2️⃣Add the cooked chicken and fajita seasoning to pan and cook for 10 minutes.
3️⃣Remove from heat and place in fridge for about 30 minutes or until completely cool.
4️⃣Mix in the Mayo and lime juice and place in fridge for another 2 hours. .

🍫Gluten free, dairy free, Peanut butter chocolate squares 🍫
I’m enjoying this cold wintery ❄️💦 day in the kitchen whipping up some yummy meals and treats😋 They are totally approved!
Let me tell you about these yummy melt in your mouth chocolate squares. They are so so easy using super yummy ingredients like raw honey, dairy free chocolate chips, and garbanzo beans! Try them warm! The recipe goes like:
Ingredients
1️⃣1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
2️⃣1/2 cup natural peanut butter
3️⃣1/4 cup raw honey
4️⃣1/4 cup swerve sugar
5️⃣1 TBL almond milk
6️⃣2 tsp vanilla extract
7️⃣1/2 tsp baking powder
8️⃣1/4 tsp baking soda
9️⃣ 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips (I used enjoy life)
🔟corse sea salt to top with
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8” or 9” glass baking pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into your blender. Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Once smooth mix in chocolate chips by hand.
4️⃣ Add mixture to prepared pan and spread out evenly.
5️⃣ Top with sea salt and place in oven.
6️⃣ Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. The edges will put away from pan and the top will turn a lightly golden brown when done.
7️⃣ Cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
