At Elmhurst Track & Field Club, this summer is about more than workouts. It is about building confidence, resilience, and the ability to perform when it matters most.
Our mission is to create an environment where every athlete—regardless of starting point—feels seen, challenged, and empowered to chase their potential.
This sport is not just physical. It is mental. It is emotional. When it is coached the right way, it changes how athletes see themselves.
You will be coached by individuals who have performed and developed athletes at the highest level. From an Olympic finalist and Commonwealth champion to a coach who has developed record breakers and collegiate athletes, our staff brings both experience and intention to every session.
This is where barriers get broken. This is where confidence is built. This is where athletes begin to separate.

June 8th – August 7th
(No training June 29th – July 4th)
Junior Varsity (Rising 6th–8th Grade)
Monday – Thursday
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Varsity (Rising 9th–12th Grade)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday at 11:00 AM (held at Ignite Fitness)
Optional Varsity Lifting Program (Additional Cost)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10:45 AM at Ignite Fitness
This program is designed for athletes who want to take their development a step further by building strength, durability, and power that directly translates to performance on the track.
