Adult Coed Sand Volleyball Leagues

TUESDAYS: Only a few spots left.

THURSDAYS: This year, we’ve added Thursday leagues, and we already have enough teams registered to officially schedule this league.

Our summer sand volleyball league registration is underway! The registration deadline is Monday, May 18th.

This season, we are offering 2 separate leagues, one on Tuesdays, and one on Thursdays. You can choose whichever league works best for your team or play in both!

Our Tuesday league always fills up fast, so we decided to offer a Thursday league as well to give more teams an opportunity to play!

We will offer competitive, intermediate, and recreational divisions for each league. However, the amount of divisions we create depends on the number of teams who register, just a heads up!

Adult Co-Rec Sand Volleyball League - Registration now open

***TUESDAY EVENINGS***
Matches take place at Berens Park.

Volleyball teams play an ten-game regular season followed by a single elimination postseason tournament.

Registration opens: Saturday, February 24 at 8 am
Last day to register: Friday, May 17
League Play begins: Week of May 28, 2024
Fee: $475/team

UPDATE: For now, Elmhurst is going to remain focused on registration for Tuesday night league. Before opening an additional night of leagues, the Tuesday league needs to fill first.

What night will a possible 2nd night possibly appear? Nothing determined yet.

Hi everyone… Elmhurst Park District will be adding another night of Adult Summer Sand Leagues. We want to hear from all of you that would seriously consider registering for it.

Currently, our league is Tuesday evenings from approx May 28 through Aug 13 or 20, from 7pm to 10pm over 3 courts.

People are starting to ask about Elmhurst’s Adult Summer Sand League. Information should be published soon (if it’s not already). Keep watching for it, because this league fills up fast.

Adult Summer Sand Leagues typically begins Tuesday, May 28th, and ends Tuesday, Aug 13 or 20.

Greetings,

There have been recent questions regarding Elmhurst’s Adult Indoor Volleyball program. Here are some updates & information that should help.

A facility has recently been secured for Adult Indoor VB Leagues (and hopefully Open Gyms). League Registration will probably open within the next few weeks, and the League is hoping to start approx mid/late-October.

I wish I had clearer details, but the facility was recently secured, and everything is being considered, planned, & scheduled… everything is fluid (except the location), but finalized details will be coming…

Keep checking back; it shouldn’t be much longer.

Once I receive detailed info, I’ll also create FB Events for the:

OK, as of 1 hour ago, games are on. At this point, we'll make "on site" decisions if needed. By the way, if you view this page's photos, you'll see that we don't stop for rain... no matter how heavy the downpour (and it was actually really really cold the night of those photos). Do we stop for lightning, that is a huge "heck yes"... we have measures (and equipment) in place to determine when it is/not safe, and whether the lightning conditions are close enough to stop play... and both the staff and referees, independent of each other, have the authority to stop play if needed. You're in very good & experienced hands.
