Over the last 8 years, I always get the same question. What is the most important class or clinic to make my player the best hockey player? I always answer- the fundamentals are the most important. ADM is the most important for each player its how they learn, to fall, to use edges, proper techniques. It all starts with ADM. Here are some pictures of one of our clubs the Horned Frogs out of Morgan Park learning the basics! Thank the coaches and staff for the early morning practices it is what builds solid players.
