A whirlwind few days of some wind beneath my wings! Started with my dear friend Melanie and teaching some crazy good apprentices in Birmingham, then off to NY to film some new content for Elevate/Power Pilates, taught some inspiring teachers there too! Got a well needed hug from two of my favorite people - my nephew and his love (and mine too), Joe. Saw some colleagues from my pre-Pilates career (they make my heart grow sizes too!). To end my trip, had a fantastic Peloton ride with the most beautiful motivator in the world, Ally Love.

We’ve seen a lot of progress, change and success in the past 19 years! Cheers to Elmhurst for supporting small business, women owned, mom owned. But, most of all, for supporting your own health! February 1st marks our 19th anniversary of opening the doors to teach this wonderful method. We’ve gone through three locations (all within a stones throw from one another), three name changes and lots more clients and equipment. Thank you from the bottom@of our hearts. 💕 ❤️ 🍾
