Connor’s passion for athletics began early, competing in swimming, track and field, cross country, and marching band before earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. There, he discovered his passion for helping athletes perform at their best.
In spring 2024, Connor realized athletic training was his true calling after leaving physical therapy school. His experience with the University at Buffalo football program confirmed his passion for the profession.
In summer 2025, Connor worked as a student athletic trainer alongside David at Excelsior Sports Performance. David quickly became a mentor and role model, inspiring Connor through his leadership, work ethic, and dedication to athletes. Together, they gained valuable experience throughout football season and fall sports, helping guide athletes to a memorable state championship season.
Connor considers the opportunity his best clinical experience. One of his favorite memories was working the Monsignor Martin Senior Game, where their team defeated Canisius at Buffalo State.
Today, Connor continues his journey as an athletic trainer, carrying forward the lessons, leadership, and commitment to athlete care that David helped inspire.
