Trade the treadmill for a blade, because cardio is better when you're holding a weapon!

Dagger work isn't about wildly swinging steel! It's about leverage, distance, and precision under pressure!

Lucky enough, our very own head coach, Aaron, brings years of experience in breaking down high-speed concepts into actionable, high-level skills. He has experience with a wide variety of weapons, including daggers!

From absolute beginners to experienced martial artists, you'll walk away from every single class faster and more capable than when you walked in.

Interested in learning to fight with daggers? Check us out or send us a message! We're always happy to answer any questions!

Unedited, pure motion.

We live in a world full of edits, filters, and choosing the best photo of the bunch. But these photos are simply snapshots of two fighters practicing skills and sharing a love for sword fighting.

No filters, no major edits, nothing showy.. Just real moments.
