Our U7-U12 groups start with the boys on Monday at Flash Fields, followed by the girls on Tuesday.

An awesome weekend in North Carolina for our 3 ECNL teams who attended with great exposure in front of college coaches, beautiful weather to play in and one last regular season showcase to compete together in as we close out the 2025-2026 ECNL season.

We are excited for what’s next and best of luck to our 2010 ECNL team who is headed to Seattle for ECNL playoffs!

The 2011 and 2010G ECNL RL teams finished up their regular season in North Carolina at the Regional League National Event.

The 2011s went 1-1-1 and the 2010s went 2-1 over the weekend and they got to support and cheer on 2010 Emily McCormick in the Regional Selection Game on Friday night.

The 2010s will continue on into the post season as they attend ECNL RL playoffs in St. Louis at the end of the month.

We're teaming up with Hofbrauhaus Buffalo for a few World Cup watch parties this month!

The first one is this Saturday for the US v Germany friendly. Flash families can register by Thursday, June 4th to guarantee seating for that one... and by June 17th for the June 19th USMNT game.
