May scores are posted.

Here are the standings for the three largest divisions so far in 2026's points series. Thanks to everyone who's turned out for two matches in very much less than ideal conditions, and everyone who helped us tear down on Saturday afternoon. We'll see if we can get the weather machine tuned up for June.

Castlewood is also hosting a shotgun shoot tomorrow. A few requests:

1. USPSA parking is in the usual place. Please use the entire field behind the stats shack, going all the way to the bushes past the two sheds across from bay 1/the plate rack bay.
2. Please don't park in the roped-off area around the sporting clays stations. There is some additional room to park past the roped-off area if we fill up.
3. We may or may not have someone from the club directing parking. Please keep an eye out for anyone directing traffic.

Good evening, everyone! The first Castlewood match of the year is coming up on Saturday. We still have a few spots left:

Come on out on Thursday starting at about 5pm for setup night and shoot the match free.

We appreciate your support last year. We're hoping to finish some range improvements this year, including shelters for the remaining bays.

Once again, we will have a points series in 2026. The rules are below.

Here are the standings for the 2025 points series going into the last match! I think the order is pretty much settled across all five divisions already, but just in case, I'll aim to bring my scoring tools to the match so we can tally things up and hand out awards at the end of the day.

Hey, everyone, here are the updated points series standings after August's match.

I'm considering a rules change. As written, the points series rules say there will be prizes for the winners of the three biggest divisions last year (CO, Open, and Irons). Given participation patterns, it may be more fair to change the rules to say the three biggest divisions *this* year get prizes. (Currently, that's CO, LO, and Open.)

In the comments, please let me know which one you would prefer:
A) Keep things as they are: prizes for last year's biggest divisions.
B) Change the rules: prizes for the three biggest divisions this year.

You've all found the match registration for August, and it's looking almost but not quite full—we'll see you tomorrow, and we have some room for walk-ons/late registrations if you haven't yet.

I (Jay) am out on paternity leave, but the rest of the team has put together a solid match for you. Please be kind to them, and don't forget to tear down your stage when you're done tomorrow.

Stage pictures coming later tonight!
