Don't worry, friends, we still plan to shamrock your socks today at our final BSGF Shamrock Shape Up 🍀💚

This will be an epic party full of squats and shenanigans, so feel free to drop in to see us! A few instructors plan on staying for a while after the event ends at 12, so if you have free time, come in to chat and eat and maybe share some good memories.

Dear BodyShop family, past and present:

It is with great sadness that we officially announce that BodyShop Group Fitness will be closing its doors March 24th. We will continue to run classes up until the very end, so anyone who would like to attend may simply show up free of cost. Please follow our normal schedule; the last class we will offer will be Sh’bam at 10 AM on Friday the 24th.

We’d like to express our deepest gratitude to all of the instructors and members who supported this business over the years. YOU are what make us a family, then, now, and forever after. Our gym family may look a little different now, but we will remain a family forever. Thank you for all of the amazing memories and boundless support. We will forever be . Wishing you all the best in your health and happiness!
