This isn’t a great quality photo, but this group of Zumba gals are top shelf. I love that my fitness path as an instructor started with Zumba. Twelve years later, I am still dancing and making connections along the way. What a blessing it is to be part of their weekly routine.

Full of determination and desire to fight Parkinson’s with everything he’s got. We are back in action after a difficult comeback from a major fall a few months back. He is truly a strong individual. Proud to be his coach.
