Vladimir is not a Bald Mountain Dachshund baby but he has won our hearts ❤️ so we are trying to help his family be able to heal his.

Sometimes there is a baby born with medical needs that it takes a village not just one person.
Vladimir is facing a serious heart condition and needs help with the medical care and treatment that could save his life. He is a sweet, loving puppy who deserves every opportunity to grow up happy, healthy, and loved.
