The Ellsinore Owls have once again reached the top of the Ozark Express League, defeating the Midwest Milkmen in two games to capture the 2026 OEL Championship and earn their second consecutive league title.
The Owls finished off a remarkable postseason with dominant performances on both sides of the ball, sweeping the Championship Series 2-0.

Championship Story
The championship was won on the mound.
Lane Crowley opened the series with a complete-game victory before C. Seib answered with another complete game in Game 2, striking out 12 to clinch the title.
In an era where complete games are increasingly rare, all three starting pitchers in Sunday’s championship doubleheader went the distance, delivering a memorable display of endurance and competitiveness.
The Owls’ balanced offense, timely home runs, and dominant pitching proved to be the difference as they completed another championship run.
