We haven't found a spot to meet up tomorrow and so we are going to go ahead and cancel tomorrow's meeting. We are going to plan for next Saturday and get them information out as soon as possible

We are still trying to find out when and where we will meet on Saturday. We are thinking either the baseball field or the nutrition center. Times are still uncertain.

We will NOT meet on Mondays anymore as school is coming up and many more people will either not be able to come because of kids or kids have homework or sports. We are trying to find an area to meet on Saturdays as the community center will more than likely be rented all day on Saturdays but it is possible that we start meeting randomly when places open up. Share this with everyone who comes to chess club.

Monday was a bunch of fun! Not many games were played but the few that were played were hard fought battles between minds! Even had some checkers played too! Come join us next week as there still some things we want to discuss with everyone else who wasn't there! Monday at 6 PM!

Good afternoon everyone! This post is to tell you all that we might be making some changes to when we meet and possibilities of fun activities we may do in the near future! We will be talking about all this in out next few meetings, Agust 7th and 14th at 6 pm, so try to make it to those ones to know what might be going on in the future! Thank you!

The chess tournament has been canceled as there are way to many things happening at one time with back to school shopping and one of our organizers being a teacher has to get ready. We will look into trying to do a tournament at some point before the end of the year but there is no guarantee. We will still meet every week but as school starts up the day of the week may change. For right now though we are still meeting on Monday

The weather last night was supposed to be very bad and so we understand if that kept people from coming. Just remember that we always meet Mondays at 6, unless we post otherwise! Come join us next week!
