Our current class schedule is as follows:

Wednesday at 9am--Restorative Yoga-- this class is a treat for your body and mind. Gently move your body into deep stretches to increase flexibility while decreasing stress and anxiety. This class is often described as an "active nap."

Wednesday at 10am--Tai Chi--I love this class. Our instructor, Stacey Reeves Owens, is so talented. If you have heard about Tai Chi and want to try it, check this out! No prior experience necessary.

Friday at 9am--this is an active class where we work on strength and flexibility. We incorporate yoga poses with Pilates movements to increase our stamina and stabilize our core. If you are looking for a workout, check out this class.

Saturday at 9am--this class is focused on core work, balance and inversions. Think squats with light weights, Pilates rings and maybe headstands and backbends!! If you want to move and sweat, this is the class for you!
