So, it has been a week since I quit taking the hormones from Hone, I had to stop taking them before getting updated bloodwork Saturday.

I have not went back on them... Since Wednesday last week (6/10) I am down 5 #! I started peptides Friday, carnivore Sunday, and trying to up my water intake as well as keeping my training routine 6 days a week.

Monday Wednesday and Friday Chris and I workout full body or body specific areas. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays are typically Jiu Jitsu Training days. Sunday is rest day unless we go to GA GB Headquarters for their open mat.

We stay active and busy because even when we are not working out we are not sedentary. That is why I was having a hard time understanding WHY my weight was climbing as fast as it was...

New scan this morning (5 days later) weight -5, body fat down, Body Fat is - 4.8, Muscle mass - .4.

We are still waiting on blood work results but the scale is going in the right direction now!
