Tropical Spice on Ice

Tropical Spice on Ice A supportive adult synchronized ice skating team that competes nationwide in the ISI team events.

Founded by Erika Amundsen at the Ice Chateau, a half-size rink in Laurel, FL, in 1992. The all adult female team competed in ISI synchronized skating competitions nationwide and performed local exhibitions and fashion shows. The Ice Chateau closed in 1996 and moved to the Venice Ice Pavilion in 1997, moving the team with it. With the closing of the VIP in 1999, the team skated briefly at Brandon's

Ice Sports Forum before moving to its current home at the Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex, Ellenton, Florida. Coaching and choreography are now under the direction of Kelly Paige.

Hello ladies! I don’t have a thread with everyone’s phone but maybe we can share this on the Tropical Spice page or ya’ll can help share it. I am in the process of getting tickets to Stars on Ice which will be very exciting as it is an Olympic year. We can choose either Orlando on April 18 7 pm or Estero April 16 7 pm. It would be fun to get a group together and maybe carpool. Is anyone interested? I know adult Nationals is the weekend before so it should still work out.
