Ellensburg Angler is the premier fly fishing guide service in Central Washington. We specialize in drift boat and wade fishing trips on the Yakima river as well as the Naches, Klickitat, Methow and other creeks and stillwaters throughout Washington state. Our ONLY business is guiding fly fishermen (and fisherwomen!) and we're 100% focused on providing our guests with the fishing experience of a lifetime.

The season is slipping away, but the fishing is not. The river is wadable and very fishable. Come get out here before the winter rolls in. Fishing is good!

The streamer fishing has been great. You can find fish in deeper runs on slow moving streamers and a variety of nymphs. Flows are around 500CFS.

Sometimes when you float the canyon you get to see these guys way up high in the hills, well here’s a closer look at the bighorn sheep that call our beautiful river, Home. Our friend, Derek Dewey Photography captured these photos this week and they were just too impressive so, we had to share. Great work Dewey!
