Look at the incredible difference she has made in her body composition and her overall health.

Laurie has keyed in on her diet and her strength training regimen phenomenally. She is stronger than she’s ever been and has never been happier with how she looks and feels.

A shining example of what a year of consistency and hard work can accomplish. She is an inspiration to so many and I couldn’t be more proud of her.
