The gun raffle will be open until Monday Dec 22. We will draw a winner for each gun that evening on Facebook live. Tickets are $10 or $40 for 5. This goes to a dear friend that was diagnosed with cancer so please consider buying a ticket!

I shouldn’t have to make this post but I am. If you harvest a deer, intentionally leave the guts in the deer overnight and bring it in the next morning, it will not be accepted. I understand hunters not being able to find their deer and recovering it the next morning. In those situations there is still a 50/50 chance the deer is still good. However, killing the deer and throwing it on the back of the truck and leaving it overnight with the guts still in it is unacceptable. We have to do the best we can to get the deer either field dressed or to the processor in a timely manner. Even with cold temps there is no guarantee that the deer will still be good the next day. The internal body temperature of the deer never reaches a safe level.
