WHERE FUTURE GOLDEN BEARS COMPETE

Ready to compete at the next level? Come spend the afternoon with WVU Tech Women’s Basketball at our Elite Camp!

This camp is a great opportunity for players to compete, develop their game, and experience what it’s like to train with college coaches.

🏀 Girls Grades 8–12
💲$75 per camper

Campers will receive a FREE T-shirt, compete for prizes, and get the chance to showcase their skills while training with our coaching staff and current players.

It has been a great 3 weeks. Great group, lots of excitement, hard work and chemistry with all the girls. They definitely got lots of fundamental work. It's a sad day for me that it is over but gets me excited for season come November!

Good Luck to all my girls and all their fall sports teams coming up. C Ya for the real deal come November.

We work hard and play hard too. Today was our play hard day. Had fun at the pool! Didn't get all the girls in the pics but wanted to share.

Last week underway for our summer workouts. Mondays group. So many of these girls are doing multiple sports and lots of different workouts, all while still making time for basketball in the off season, ❤️ 💙 💜!

I try and leave my girls alone off- season. They r so busy doing a lot of other things and other sports.

But had opportunity last minute to jump into a one day tournament at Hoover! We haven't been together since April. They played awesome! Won both games. Their defensive hustle is so exciting to watch!

Who is a flex workout for?
For any upcoming 6th, 7th or 8th grade girl that may be attending Elkview Middle School or trying out for our MS Girls Basketball Team in Nov.

What is a flex workout?
Basketball skill training, networking with other MS girls, agility workouts, conditioning, more conditioning and game like drills and games.

Where?
All Flex Workouts will be at Elkview Middle School

Schedule?
Starts Monday July 20th at 7:30. Schedule is pinned on our Elkview MS page.

Why should I participate?
Why not? It's free. Opportunity to make yourself better. It's a great 2 hour workout for your day. It's teaching you basketball skills, leadership skills, discipline, responsibility and so much more.

You have to ask the question, how good do you want to be?

We play hard as a MS team and have fun but we also work as hard too!
