Same shirt. Same person. Different chapter.
Andrea didn't do anything flashy. She didn't follow a 30-day shred. She didn't bio-hack her way here. She did the boring stuff, while life kept happening.
She worked out. She paid attention to her nutrition. She got her bloodwork done when something felt off. She broke her leg, came back, and kept showing up. She built friendships that held her accountable. She found ways to laugh.
The numbers are real (chest down 3.3", waist down 6.6", hips down 3", thighs down 1.8"), but they're not the actual story. The story is that she's stronger, healthier, and more present for her family and the kids she teaches than she was years ago. The story is that she became someone who takes care of herself, and the body followed.
Her words, not ours:
"Set an achievable goal. Find friends who hold you accountable. Be OK with failing, that's how you grow. Set a routine and stick to it. If something feels off, get your bloodwork done."
That's the whole playbook. Nothing exotic. Just done.
Andrea, we are so proud of you. Thank you for being one of the people who makes this place what it is.
