I’ve pulled cards full of nose-to-lens photos — that only happens because the buck noticed the camera and investigated it. That’s not data. That’s a blown setup.

I’ve spent 25+ years figuring out why a buck is where he is, when he’s there, and what it takes to be there with him. Book One breaks down the calling sequence — the grunts, the rattling, the snort-wheeze, and the mistakes that cost hunters mature bucks. Book Two is the trail camera strategy I built to actually pattern deer instead of just collecting pictures — placement, timing, water, wind, the whole system.

This isn’t gear talk. It’s the data-driven approach I use every season on the Eastern Shore, hunting the same ground my son hunts with me.

Network Outdoors 1st annual Youth outing!! This is the first year Maryland is adopting a youth day for trout!! This is an amazing opportunity to get out and with an extremely high percentage of getting on fish! We will be at the covered bridge and also the bridge just upstream with a beach and great access for all ages of kids. I’m happy to help with and supply everything they will need to get their two fish limit. They will just need whatever license required depending on ages. You can check with Maryland Department of Natural Resources Fisheries for all that info! We would love to have a great turn out for this 1st of what we hope will be many youth Trout openers!!

Few pictures from Delawares youth outing last year and a picture of a rainbow from MD last year, they put in some hammers! Would love to see some kids get on a few of these! Posting an event with details on time and location!
