Network Outdoors 1st annual Youth outing!! This is the first year Maryland is adopting a youth day for trout!! This is an amazing opportunity to get out and with an extremely high percentage of getting on fish! We will be at the covered bridge and also the bridge just upstream with a beach and great access for all ages of kids. I’m happy to help with and supply everything they will need to get their two fish limit. They will just need whatever license required depending on ages. You can check with Maryland Department of Natural Resources Fisheries for all that info! We would love to have a great turn out for this 1st of what we hope will be many youth Trout openers!!

On this series episode of ‘The Best Season Is Now Podcast’ Mike Buckman shares the importance and strategy of putting in work this winter to get your big mature buck this fall!

Waiting until the few weeks before early archery deer season is how many hunters prepare themselves to get a buck during season. This may work sometimes, but if you really want to increase your chances to harvesting a buck of a life time, year after year, then take the time to listen to what Mike does in the off season. Specially, starting now to use the weather and current habitat stage to your advantage. Mike explains the thought process and steps he uses each year to find new places to hunt and understand buck movement.

Had a first shed going today and it ended up being a match set! Little man’s birthday weekend had a few buddies stay the night kicked off the morning with chocolate chip pancakes and talked em into a shed hunting walk 😂 gotta love it!!
