I wanted to take a moment to thank all of our supporters from customers, to people who spread word of our existence, to our employees, both current and past (most of them anyway). We wouldn’t have been able to make it to this point without all of you!

I want to check the temperature on how people would feel about pivoting towards more of a Soul Food direction.

Is that something you would like to see?

I see there’s a new wing spot opening in the area every other year and I wonder how long we would be able to compete with brands what have infinitely more marking dollars and resources than us. While I know we can compete on quality the market might be over saturated at some point. Chime in and let me know, I don’t want to stray too far away from what got us here but I also see future writing on the wall and have the desire to be proactive

Good afternoon!!! We’ve added some new items on the menu for a trial run!

We added 2 salads! Crispy chicken Caesar and chicken bacon ranch!

We also have chicken salad sandwiches and jerk chicken Mac and cheese eggrolls

Oh and don’t forget the greens!
