Our Spring Break Clinics were a blast! We wrapped up yesterday with our Shooting and Finishing Clinic! These kids worked hard! We learned proper power shooting technique and follow through, as well as finishing off the volley. Our attacking clinic was 🔥🔥🔥! We worked on our first touch, advanced skill moves, sprint dribbling, and of course 1v1s and 2v2s. We finished the session out with some soccer strengthening with Integrated Fitness and Rehab. Come join us on Spring Break for 2 amazing clinics. Friday, we will be having our Attacking clinic at Soccer Dome 1-3pm. I’m excited to announce a special guest, Kristen from Integrated Fitness and Rehab will be stopping by to offer her background and knowledge in injury prevention! She will also be demonstrating some soccer specific strengthening exercises for the players! On Monday, April 1 we will have our 2nd clinic from 1-3pm at Soccer Dome- a Shooting and Finishing clinic.
