Come check out our new MINI GYM at Cardio Rhythm!!!! We now offer Zumba, TANNING and our MINI GYM. Members can come workout when convient for them. So come on Elkins lets turn our Flab back into FAB... :)

NEWS....NEWS...NEWS..... Cardio is going to put some equipment in. It will cost $35 a mnth for a membership. We will have an ULTIMATE Bowflex with leg attachment, treadmill, eliptical, and exercise trampoline. Members will get a key so they can come WORKOUT any time they chose. We will still do ZUMBA on Monday and Thursday from 6-7pm. TANNING will be from 3-7pm Mon-Fri. If you need earlier then will need to call to make an appointment (479-601-3607). We also have lotions for purchase. Come Support us....Elkins needs this Gym!!!

I would like to thank everyone for the support in opening Cardio Rhythm, I do appreciate all the hard-work, and everyone who came out to dance it off with me. But, due to the fact that things didn't take off the way I hoped they would, I will be closing in May. I will, however, be staying open until then, so please feel free to come on down and try the classes, or get your tan on for Valentines Day. If things turn around, I may be able to keep the doors open longer, but right now, it's just not possible.
