Hi everyone!

I've recently made changes in the way I accept payments. I have also adapted some new policies in the way clients will be accepted! I have had several people reach out that are interested, however some of them never follow back up...

I would like to remind everyone that this business takes knowledge, time and effort! My time is very valuable as I am a full time student, working a job, and trying to grow my business.

PLEASE keep in mind... It is OKAY to "shop around" and find a trainer that best fits your needs. It's important to have someone that matches your personality and makes you feel comfortable, but it's also important to be upfront with your trainer! First sessions (consultations) with me are FREE if you decide to buy a bundle package, otherwise it is $20. These sessions are spent discussing your goals, limitations, gathering measurements, and seeing where you're currently at in your fitness journey. It's also a great time for you to decide if I'm the trainer that you would like to invest in!

Also, it’s important to go to the gym with a plan! If you go without a plan, it’s likely that you will spend more time thinking about what you’re going do than actual working out. I have found that a lot of people don’t understand how to train each time they go, which is why workout plans can be extremely beneficial!

Make an effort to spend 20-30 minutes a day doing something for your body! Get active!

Our bodies are meant to move and be active! Take the dog for a walk, try a new yoga flow video on YouTube, do some new core exercises in the living room! The possibilities are endless.

Hi everyone!

My name is Caitlyn Bullins and I am a certified personal trainer. I have been training clients for one year now and I recently got certified through NASM. I am currently taking online clients, as well as creating customized workout plans.

I have had a solid root in exercise throughout my entire life. I've played sports since an early age, played college level athletics, graduated college with a bachelors in exercise science (magna cm laude honors), and I am currently in a physical therapist assistant program. Because diet and nutrition is so important, I want to become more well rounded and have a deeper understanding of it…. so I’m also currently studying to become a certified nutrition coach.
