Starting this May, join us on the first Monday of every month for Monday Movement, a monthly experience designed to help you move, reset, and connect.

Here’s the vibe:
🧘🏼‍♀️ A yoga class to ground and recharge
🌱 Followed by a rotating, curated experience with a local vendor

Every month will bring something a little different, but always intentional and always something to look forward to!

This series will be hosted at In the Moment Creative, a beautifully designed, female-owned studio space in Elkhorn. This space has tons of room to create, move, and gather.
