The work doesn’t get easier—you get stronger.

The pause exposes weaknesses. That’s exactly why we train it. Training positions and strength where people are usually weakest.

This will in turn reward you when we retest our deadlift… and we will remind you … that weight didn’t change.. you did… 💪

It’s about controlling it.

Tuesday’s strength focus: Control the descent. Explode on the way up.

Tomorrow we’re building:
• Better positioning
• Stronger hamstrings and glutes
• More control in the bottom
• More power out of the bottom

It’s not about how much weight you can load on the bar…

😂 It’s about creating more time under tension to build stronger legs and glutes… and let’s be honest, stronger legs and glutes are basically the gateway to happiness. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
