The Triple Strand Arena is part of a vision that God gave to us, Brett and Cindy Grove, years ago as we watched our boys bring their friends over to hang out and ride horses. Time and time again, those friends were impacted by living a tiny piece of a different lifestyle. They put on a pair of cowboy boots and a flannel shirt, learned to ride, and relaxed around a campfire while being accepted wit
h the love of Jesus. Over the years we wondered how in the world God would fulfill this vision. We waited as our boys grew, and then in 2014 it all started to take shape. Over the winter of 2015, we started to pray a circle around the property where we live. God opened up some amazing doors and we started moving forward with plans for an arena. God confirmed his vision when we overheard a little girl, who had been coming out to the barn to be around the horses for almost a year, tell Clementine, the pony, while she was brusing her mane, "Clementine, it doesn't matter how naughty or sad you are, you can always talk to Jesus and tell him about your day because he loves you no matter what." The Triple Strand Arena comes from Ecclesiastes 4:12 where it talks about three strands are not easily broken. We all need others to do life with us whether it be good, bad, or ugly. Brothers and sisters in Christ are the best! Another significant part of the name is that our boys and daughter-in-law love to team rope. The ropes that they use are made up of three or four strands of rope and are not easily broken. Although teamroping is a fun part of our lives, it's a constant reminder that we cannot walk this life alone. We were created to do life together, to stand together in prayer, and to support one another. We welcome those who would like to come out, hang out, and spend some time around a horse; or just take some time away from the normal routine of life.
