They love our Cardio Drummers! Missy and her crew put in an exciting demo at Rhapsody in Green, June 13, 2026. Missy has a terrific Strength and Cardio Drumming class she teaches on Wednesdays 6-7 pm strength and then Cardio Drumming At 7-8 pm. Also on Saturday mornings.

Video of Sr GM Travis breaking 2 concrete slabs on me (with a sledgehammer) at Rhapsody in Green, June 13, 2026. This was a goal I set in November, 2025. It was part of my getting back in shape journey. Sr GM Travis did it to me before, in 2002, so I knew what to expect. I just asked him to not hit my pacemaker. Do you have goals? Make them happen at Elkhart Martial Arts.
