And just like that... Our season comes to a close.

You have to remind yourselves that when one journey ends another begins.... and so it will. These men will make us proud off the field just like they did on it.

My apologies for not getting everything at the end. We were trying to spend a few minutes with our son for his final minutes on the field.

We have a week off as we prepare for our first sectional game versus Warsaw.

Elkhart closes out our last regular season home game by beating Mishawaka Marian 35-0.

A great night filled with a lot of memories I will never forget.

Elkhart travels to New Prairie next week to finish out the regular season.

8-1 is such an awesome feeling!

Prior to putting on a whooping of Mishawaka Marian the Elkhart Lions players and managers got to say a very special thank you to the mothers that brought them into the world and molded them into the great young men and women that they are.

They served them dinner and gave them a letter from the heart expressing their thanks.
