Happy Labor Day! 🤍
Today is a reminder to slow down, take a breath, and celebrate the hard work that so often fills our days.
I’m especially grateful for all of you who work hard, care for others, support your families, chase your goals, and still somehow keep showing up day after day. Your time and energy are valuable — and you deserve moments of rest, too. 🌿
I’m also incredibly thankful for each and every person who supports my small business. Whether you’ve booked an appointment, purchased a product or gift certificate, shared a post, referred a friend, or simply cheered me on — thank you. Your support allows me to continue doing work that I truly love. 💙

A little “Hi, I’m still here!” check-in. 🤍

I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately. Summer has been busy, life has been full, and sometimes something has to take a backseat—and apparently social media volunteered. 😂

But behind the scenes, I’m still here doing what I love, taking care of my amazing clients, juggling all the things, and trying to soak up a little bit of summer along the way.

As we start heading into a new season, I’m looking forward to getting back on here more, sharing skincare tips, wellness, treatments, a little Reiki/energy goodness, and of course what’s happening at Phoenix Skin & Body Wellness. ✨

Thank you to everyone who continues to book, refer friends, share my business, and support me—even when I disappear from your feed for a minute. It truly means more than you know. 💙

Spa Owner Reality Check 📣

POV: You survived a completely booked day at the spa, listened to everyone's life story, solved skin concerns, balanced energy, stayed hydrated-ish... and then your bra strap said:
"You know what? I'm done too." 😅
After giving 110% to every client today, my bra officially clocked out before I did.

When people ask if running a spa is glamorous... this is the reality: ✨ Glowing skin ✨ Happy clients ✨ Full schedule ✨ One bra hanging on by hopes and prayers
At least it waited until the last appointment. 😂

No-shows are a real bummer, especially when you've gone out of your way! It's a rare occurrence for me, thankfully, but still super frustrating when it happens.

Today was a prime example – I left to pick up my kids from school, then made the whole trek back for just one appointment, and with these gas prices, that stings! Please remember that small business owners' time is just as valuable as the service they provide.

Moving forward, I'll be stricter with my credit card policy for holding appointments. I've been a bit lax since I rarely have issues, and that's on me!
