We had a wet start to the day. While we had over 3" of rain, we are allowing carts today. All play is starting on the back nine to give us more time to let the front nine drain. Carts are also being allowed on the Glacial Nine.

Happy Friday! Stop in for lunch or dinner today to get your Labor Day weekend off onthe right foot. Serving lunch from 11 am- 3 pm featuring perch sandwiches, perch plates, perch Rueben and our sandwich menu.

Last Sunday we played the re-scheduled 50th Annual CJW Memorial Tourmnament. The tournament is in memory of Carl Wiese, who purchased the golf course with his wife Edna in 1955. Between the re-scheduled event and the women's event that was played a couple weeks ago we had over 176 players that helped continue the tradition that the was started so many years ago. Carl "liked the game, but he loved the people."

The neatest part of the day was seeing all the family members that were able to play together. Fathers & sons, bothers, uncles, and in-laws. It is what truely makes this event and QQO so special. We are so thankful the course has stayed in the family with Tom & Lynn and now Todd and Rachel, which allows for these kind of lifelong friendships and memories.
