Please help us AND share -

First and most importantly- thank you to all of our paying members, and to the members who help keep our gym clean.

In the last couple weeks, this is what has happened.

*hole in the wall, learned the person was a NON paying member - let in by someone.

*new treadmill that cost $5,000 worn with dirty shoes, those small rocks and pebbles get stuck in our motor, which ruins our treadmills. Please wear clean shoes throughout the entire gym-always.

*numerous kettle bells have been taken downstairs, and not returned back upstairs. Feel free to use them wherever you want, but please return them to the proper spot. Lots of equipment has been left out, help us by putting it away when you’re done.

*we have numerous people not paying and coming into our gym, sadly if this continues to happen, we’re going to have to raise dues for all members. We have a lot of years where we break even 💰 or make just a little bit of money. We haven’t raised dues in a long time, when I see members letting non members in, that’s very frustrating for the people that are paying. 

*door in basketball court has been unlocked numerous time to let non-paying members in. Please check that before you leave the gym.

*If we find out, you have been in our gym, we will give you a warning. Second time that is considered trespassing and the member that let you in is in jeopardy of loosing their membership.

*kids 12-15 need to be supervised by an adult. Children younger than that - should not be on any equipment.

*please help us by turning lights and fans off when done. This will help save us money to purchase more equipment.

*if you see something that makes you uncomfortable please notify a board member. We will check it out and take the proper steps fix it.

*we are a volunteer board and our gym is for you to use and enjoy. If you see something needs to be cleaned or fixed, please do it. There are always extra paper towels, cleaning supplies and vacuum in the closet upstairs when needed. 

* lastly, we know things will get broke. That’s OK, accidents happen, but please let us know when this happens. The door to the basketball handle was busted off and only one person notified us when they stumbled upon it.

P.S. our downstairs door is currently broke, please use the one upstairs only.

Meet at City Park at 6:15 - free race at 6:30. Anyone can run this! It’s under a half a mile 😂 then off for holiday cheer and drinks!

First shotgun run in the books! They ran a .08 😂🍺 (like a block) after slamming a beer. Going to add some additional adventures next year!
