SHINE Dance Fitness Elk, WA SHiNE DANCE FITNESS is a high cardio class rooted in jazz, ballet and hip hop. $5 donation per person/class to support the program and the Inland Grange.

We select current music and combine it with easy to follow routines that everyone can enjoy and feel like a REAL dancer!

☀️ Good weather has come and we are all enjoying it and the activities of the season! With that, I have decided to wrap up our Shine Dance Fitness classes early.

If, and when, I decide to start classes back up in 2024, I will be sure to announce it here. Thank you to all who have come and supported the program. I’ve definitely enjoyed meeting and getting to know you! Thank you also to the Granges for providing their space.

I wish I could tell you my back is feeling better, but it definitely is not.😣 Sitting and sleeping are the worst. Movement helps, but I’m far from moving comfortably. Needless to say, I will NOT be able to have class this week, May 23rd & 24th. I’ll let you know about the following week as soon as I am able.
