Exciting yoga update from YogabyShan! 😊

I am happy to announce that I have a new yoga home at Inspire Ballet Academy in Monticello! 🧘‍♀️

Class will be offered Saturday mornings at 9am. The first class will be October 22nd! I am hoping to add classes, but this will be a great start!

🌺 We need 5 or more to hold class, so please rsvp by 6pm the day before by emailing me at [email protected] or respond on this site. I will update this site and respond to your emails to confirm class each week.

***No drop ins at this time. Cost is still $15.

Please plan to bring a yoga mat! Helpful extras include: A bolster, a strap, 1 or 2 blocks and a blanket, as these props will not be available at the studio.

Stay tuned for weekly updates and feel free to share! Please let me know if you have any questions!

TOMORROW???? OCTOBER- BEST….5 am BOOTCAMP BABY…we must lead into fall with our best mojo..have goals and no excuses and I so miss your faces!!!! Tell me NOW that you are IN !!!!!
Monday and Wednesday (maybe Friday) 5am-6am!!!

Please dress in layers as we will be outside and inside taking in all the fresh air and happiness we can… bring another day into reality together pushing the sunshine into the sky!!!
