Winter Sports Meeting is Monday Nov. 3rd at SHS. Please register and make sure your physical is up to date. Captains practice will be on Tues, Wed, Thurs next week to prepare for tryouts on Nov. 10th!

GBB Out of Season practices start this week!! Everyone is welcome to attend. If you are in a fall sport, you can only shoot. No running, jumping, etc.

Summer practices / training START TODAY!!
8:30 - 10:30 at SHS. If you haven’t signed up, you can come today, but get signed up ASAP!

Summer is when you develop better skills and improve your conditioning! Get just 1% better each day, and by then end of summer you will see great improvement.

We can’t help you improve, if you don’t get to the gym.

We booked our trip to St. Bens on Saturday! Thanks to all the fans, family and friends that have supported us on our journey this year.

Spectrum wins tonight over a tough Kimball team 52-49. The victory is the first playoff win in Spectrum GBB history. I love these ladies and I’m proud of everything they have accomplished. I do want to give thanks to all the girls who played at Spectrum in previous years and helped build our program. This is everyone’s victory! Thank you for your continued support.
