I wanted to give an update to everyone regarding the Elk Point Athletic Club and its change in policies since the covid-19 pandemic.
- we are not holding any group fitness classes at this time
- we are allowing no pickup basketball
- we have added many extra spray bottles of commercial disinfectant and posted extra signs about spraying equipment down before and after use
- we have signs limiting the number of members allowed in the facility to 8 at one time and have been monitoring this. The most people we have had at once in a 14,000 sq ft facility is 7 which included myself and 3 family members.
- despite many requests (33 last week) for new memberships/short term memberships or day passes we are not allowing any at this time
- exercise is one of the most effective ways to boost the immune system and we would like to continue making this possible for our members at this time
- I would also like to add to please text me at 605-670-6528 if you would like to freeze your membership at this time

We are having issues with kids being off school and letting friends in to the gym. Members are NOT ALLOWED to bring guests (including friends or family who are not members) to EPAC. This is very clear in the contract you signed upon joining. Memberships are not transferable. This means that if you have a single membership, this allows access to you and you alone.
