Our Summer Midday Performance Program is built for kids ages 10–14 who need something active, positive, and challenging this summer.
Students will work on:
💪 Strength
🏃 Agility
⚡ Reaction
🔥 Conditioning
🧠 Confidence
This is a 6-week coach-led program with 1-hour classes at 1PM.
Spots are limited so each student gets real coaching and attention.
