Jumpboard sessions are probably one of the best parts of Pilates! I love adding it to my private sessions and it's so much fun and the session flies by in a good way every time. 🤍

The jumpboard is a low impact cardio workout that strengthens your entire body either one focus at a time or all at once depending on the exercise given. It's safe and low impact enough that even clients with knee injuries or knee replacements can comfortably and painlessly participate in.

Adding the jump board to your Pilates workouts will:

•Strengthen your heart and deliver blood more efficiently.

•Increase lung capacity.

•Strengthen your muscles and increase bone density - especially good for those at risk for developing osteoporosis.

•Reduce the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes.

•Boost confidence and generate endorphins that help us feel good! ✨

•Promote better sleep and reduces stress. As someone who has dealt with clinical anxiety for years, the jump board is an amazing stress release that always helps me feel calm, happy and confident at the end of every session. xx

When you decide to put yourself and your health first, everything else falls into place. 🤍

Pilates gives you lightness and confidence, strength and security, flexibility and grace, focus and exhilaration, - and there's so much more. The essence of Pilates is fluid, meaning it flows through you like air, sometimes even unknowingly, and it's teachings will become ingrained in you as you grow in your practice. You'll feel it and you'll love it, and I know all of this from personal experience.

A note on Privates 🤍 "Private Pilates lessons motivate me in ways that group classes can’t. Working with a certified instructor during a private lesson gives me faster results, which is highly motivating. My instructor not only makes corrections but encourages me when I do something well. Private lessons enable me to go further faster. Who doesn’t find that motivating?

Private Pilates lessons enable me to meet my personal health and fitness goals. As a former dancer, correct form is important to me. Private lessons enable me to focus on my form and target problem areas that I’m eager to reshape. If I want to focus on my arms or improving the flexibility in my back, private lessons enable me to do so."
